The Residence Hall Association
The Residence Hall Association provides an opportunity for students to become involved in issues concerning the residence halls through their Village/Hall Council. The Residence Hall Association is the governing body for each residence hall council and National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH). Residence Hall Association is the voice of students to the Student Government Association and both the housing and university administrative staff.
The Residence Hall Association Executive Board is a group of student leaders who are elected annually and reside in various residence halls. The Residence Hall Association is open to all residents and provides opportunities for residents to create, plan, support and participate in Housing and Campus activities. The programs touch all aspects of social, cultural, recreational, and educational ideas within our housing community. Residents' ideas and suggestions are greatly encouraged. Look for meetings and activity announcements throughout the year.

why join RHA: I wanted to get more involved in FIU activities and since I've loved living at FIU I figured that it would be a great place to start.
Advice for future students: Although we're all here to get an education, we can leave FIU with so much more by just getting involved. Find something that you enjoy or are interested in and join.
Favorite thing to do on campus: Meeting people you never knew lived in your own building, eating lunches by Breezeway, participating in programs.
